Our unique pricing model allows us to aggregate your solar project with those of other interested parties. Once we have reached our critical mass of projects, about 10 residential jobs, we refer the group to one of our pre-screened, credible solar professionals. This aggregation provides you the luxury or higher leverage and buying power affording you high quality solar for less.

A misconception of many solar customers is that low cost solar is always quality solar. A solar installer’s responsibility does not end with the completion of the solar installation. Customers that use inexperienced start-up integrators not only increase their chances of receiving poor quality installations, but also run the risk of partnering with a company that will not be able to honor their installation warranty. Civitas Energy engages established, quality installation companies and that have a proven track record and business history, the involvement of these entities means improved installation quality and an increased the probability that the company will be around in the future to provide important maintenance on your solar PV system and honor your warranty, if ever needed.

In order to become a preferred Civitas Energy integrator, each integrator company must respond to a preliminary questionnaire which exposes the company’s experience, staffing levels, ability to handle volume jobs, services provided (in-house vs. out-sourced), quality assurance procedures, relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, references and litigation. Following the questionnaire, Civitas Energy will review a handful of previous projects and obtain feedback from the integrator’s clients.

Civitas Energy upholds a one strike and out policy with its integrators, if negligence lies with the integrator.
